2. Link documents till last sale deed
3. Power of Attorney (if any)
4. Will of the property (if any)
5. Plot approval copy
6. Patta & Chitta in the name of present owner
7. Previous plan approval copy if any building is present at the site
8. EC for 30 years Property tax copy (or) Vacant land tax receipt
9. EB receipt
10. Death Cerificate & Legal heir certificate of previous owner if any
