Basic Documents required for approval
- Parent Document of the property.
- Link documents till last sale deed
- Plot approval copy, Patta & Chitta in the name of present owner
- Previous plan approval copy if any building is present at the site
- EC for 30 years till plan submission
- Property tax copy if building (or) Vacant land tax copy,Patta,Chitta,Adangal & 'A' Register in the name of Owner.
- Check if the property is under the following
- Land ceiling act
- CRZ zone if it is near seashore or any water body
- Government poromboke land
- Agricultural land
- Necesssary applications & plan copy duly signed by the owner
- Land Classifications
